Long lunches, private dinners and drinks parties in our Georgian townhouse, two minutes from St James’s Park. Seasonal British menus from £80 per person, from intimate gatherings to celebrations for up to 100 guests.

At Old Queen Street Café, Executive Chef Elliot Spurdle, formerly of The Wolseley and The Delaunay, leads a menu shaped by the British seasons and inspired by the traditional London café. There is plenty of Westminster in the house too. Political magazine UnHerd sits upstairs, the Palace of Westminster is just over the road, and around the rooms you’ll find floorboards reclaimed from Churchill’s Old War Office, shelves of books and Martin Parr’s photographs of English life. Old Queen Street is very much a product of its surroundings: thoughtful food, proper hospitality and a house with a bit of a story to tell.

On the second floor of Old Queen Street Cafe we’ve got some fantastic spaces where you can host your event. With capacity for 40 seated or up to 100 standing, you’re welcome to join us for an intimate sit-down dinner, host your business events with a panel setup or let us help you celebrate your significant life events, such as weddings, baptisms, and birthday parties.
