At OQSC, we’re excited to unveil our new Autumn menus! As the seasons shift, so do our offerings. We have – and always will – champion seasonal menus for the vibrant flavours they bring to our dishes.
Just in time for British Food Fortnight at the end of the month, our Autumn menus showcase the finest British cuisine, featuring fresh, local ingredients that capture the essence of the season.
From hearty root vegetables and tender meats to exquisite British cheeses and seasonal fruits, each dish is crafted to blend traditional recipes with a contemporary flair.
HERE ARE OUR TOP PICKS
Mushroom Tarte Fine: a delicious smaller plate, or as a starter to your main. Made with smoked egg yolk, truffle, sage, hazelnuts and – of course – our champion seasonal ingredient, the UK mushroom!
Seasonal Game Pot Pie: made with red wine, mushrooms, root vegetables, and ham hock. The game meat in this dish changes based on seasonal availability, keeping it fresh and delicious
Heirloom Pumpkin Salad: does anything signal Autumn better than pumpkin? Made with ancient grains, preserved lemon dressing and cavolo Nero, this dish comes with additional choices of smoked salmon, halloumi and grilled chicken
Coates & Seely Custard: if you’re in need of a dessert recommendation, look no further. We use Coates & Seely (hyperlink) sparkling wine to create a mouth-watering crème caramel, and pair it with poached heritage plums which are just delicious in autumn
